Two kinds of information
If you become a client, health information used for evaluation, treatment, testing, and billing is governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law. This Privacy Policy covers the public website only: pages you can read without logging in, and the ways you can contact the practice from those pages.
Who we are
BSI Group is a psychiatry and behavioral health practice. The clinician named on this site is Dr. Stephanie Tiell, DNP, PMHNP-C, FNP-C. The practice offers telehealth to clients in New York and Ohio.

Information you choose to send
This website does not include a contact form and does not ask you to create an account. If you call, email, or book a visit, you choose what to send:
- Phone. Your carrier and our phone system may process the number you use and the time of the call.
- Email. Ordinary email is not a secure way to send health details. If you email the practice, the message and your address are received in that inbox. Please avoid sending sensitive health information by unencrypted email when another option exists.
- Booking and portal. "Book Now" and "Portal" open a third-party site at stephanietiell.clientsecure.me. That site is operated separately from this website. Information you enter there (including insurance details used to verify coverage at booking) is handled by that service under its own terms and privacy notice, and by the practice as PHI once it is part of your record.
Information collected automatically
This website is built as static files. It does not run an account system or a first-party analytics dashboard. When you visit, the company that hosts the files (for example, a cPanel or similar web host) may record standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and date and time. Those logs are used to operate and secure the site, not to build marketing profiles.
Your browser may also request fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) so the pages can display the typefaces used in the design. Google may receive your IP address and technical request data as part of that delivery. See Google's own privacy documentation for that service.
This site does not set first-party advertising cookies and does not embed social media pixels.
Cookies
The pages themselves do not set tracking cookies. Third parties named above (the host, Google Fonts, and the booking portal if you open it) may use cookies or similar tools according to their own policies.
How we use website-related information
We use information you send through phone, email, or the portal to respond to you, schedule care, verify coverage at booking, and operate the practice. We use host logs to keep the website available and secure. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We share website-related information only as needed to run the site and the practice (for example, with a web host or the portal vendor), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it. Clinical sharing is described in the HIPAA notice.
Children
The practice provides care to children, adolescents, and young adults. The public website is written for parents, guardians, and prospective clients. It is not directed at children as a place to submit personal information, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the pages themselves. A parent or guardian should make contact and complete booking on a child's behalf unless the law allows the minor to consent on their own.
Links
Links to the booking portal, 988, HHS, or other outside sites leave this website. Their privacy practices are their own.
How long information is kept
Host logs are kept according to the host's settings and our need to secure the site. Emails and phone records are kept as needed to respond and, if you become a client, as part of practice records under clinical retention rules. Portal and clinical records follow the HIPAA notice and applicable record-keeping law.
Security
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We take reasonable steps to protect this website. The portal is the preferred path for scheduling and for information that belongs in a health record.
Your choices
You can visit the site without calling, emailing, or booking. You can use browser controls to block third-party cookies or fonts, which may change how the pages look. You can ask about clinical record rights under the HIPAA notice.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date will change when we do. The current version will be posted on this page.
