Services
BSI Group provides psychiatry and behavioral health for children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Care is strengths-based and planned with you, not around a label alone.
A thoughtful first visit to understand history, current symptoms, strengths, and what you hope care will change.
Collaborative prescribing when medication is appropriate, with time to review benefits, risks, and how you are doing.
Ongoing support for attention, mood, and worry, using medication, psychotherapy, and practical strategies.
Regular visits to adjust the plan, check in on school, home, and relationships, and keep care moving with you.
Talk therapy and coping skills woven into visits, so treatment is more than a prescription.
Education and support for parents and families, so the people around you can help the work continue between visits.
How care works
Call, text, or email, or request a visit through the secure portal. Daytime, afterschool, and evening telehealth times are available. Coverage is verified at booking.
A psychiatric evaluation looks at your story, symptoms, and strengths. Testing can be added when it would help clarify ADHD, autism-related needs, mood, or behavior.
Follow-up may include medication management, psychotherapy, and skill building. Plans are tailored to you and reviewed as life at home, school, and in relationships changes.
About
I work with children, teens, and young adults who are trying to make sense of their mental health — and I consider it a privilege to be part of that process.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. That means medication management and psychotherapy when they're helpful, but it also means taking the time to really listen, to honor what you've already lived through, and to build a plan around you rather than a diagnosis on a chart.
Together we'll work on understanding what's going on, building practical skills, and growing the kind of confidence that shows up at home, at school, and in your relationships. Whether you're navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, or something harder to name, my hope is that you leave each visit feeling understood, valued, and a little more equipped than when you came in.
Families are part of this too. I'll make sure you and the people supporting you have the education, tools, and encouragement to make changes that last — and that you never feel like you're figuring it out alone.
Areas of focus
This list is a guide, not a limit. If you are unsure whether this practice is the right fit, reach out and we can talk through it.
Testing
Testing is used to clarify questions that shape treatment, not as a stand-alone product. Your clinician will talk with you about whether testing is useful in your situation.
Structured evaluation to better understand attention, impulsivity, and related functioning at home and school.
Screening to help identify autism-related needs and inform supports, communication, and care planning.
Measures that look at mood, behavior, and how symptoms show up day to day.
Optional testing that may inform medication decisions for some people. It is not required and is discussed case by case.
Insurance
BSI Group works with the plans below, and also sees clients out of network and by private pay. Benefits, copays, and whether a visit is covered are confirmed when you book.
Plan names can vary by product. The secure portal is the place to request a visit and complete insurance details.
